Shipping and Rerturns Policy
All shipping costs are calculated by item weight. For this reason it may not always be possible to stipulate exact postage costs at the time of purchase for custom made items.
For payments made via PayPal, orders of in stock items are generally dispatched within 3 working days. If order volumes are high this may be extended but I always aim to have items dispatched within 5 working days.
Delivery times stated with shipping methods are the Royal Mail estimated delivery times *following* dispatch. If you require your order urgently please contact us and we will post next day if possible.
If there will be a known delay on your order we will inform you as soon as possible.
we only send items to the registered Paypal address unless you have informed us at time of sale that you wish them delivered to an alternative address.

Colours of fabrics and ready made items may vary slightly from those shown on your screen due to variations in screen resolutions.
If you are concerned that your item is faulty you should contact us as soon as the fault becomes apparent. As it sometimes takes light use for a fault to become apparent I may accept returns on used item. Each case will be discussed individually. Return postage will be paid on any item that is returned as faulty.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it, in its new and re-saleable condition, within 14 days and we will refund you (excluding P&P)
Please note only in stock items can be returned and bespoke items only when faulty and always in their original packaging complete with all labels and instructions in an as new condition, at the buyers expense. Any monies owing will be refunded asap after the unwanted item has been received.
The refund will be issued to the PayPal account which you paid for the item/s as soon as we have received the returned item.

When returning goods, we recommend that you obtain a "proof of postage certificate" free from the post office, for your own benefit. We accept no liability for returned items lost in transit.

Please note that, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a cooling-off period of 7 days which starts when you receive your goods. During this period, you may return goods in saleable condition for any reason whatsoever.
